Replace TANF or Refugee Cash stolen from your EBT card

ODHS may replace TANF or Refugee Cash stolen from your EBT card; cancel the card and report the theft within 30 days.

Steps

4 steps
  1. Cancel your card right awayDuring business hours, call the replacement card line to cancel and order a new card.
  2. After hours, use the 24-hour lineCancel on 888-997-4447, then order the new card on the replacement line during business hours.
  3. Report the theft within 30 daysContact your family coach in person or by phone, or find an office near you.
  4. Send a signed statementSend the letter to your family coach within 10 days after you report the theft.

Bring

  • Signed letter explaining the theft
Replacement covers only the amount stolen, and only once a month.
