Report a broken streetlight in Eugene

Send a street light maintenance request with its location to Public Works Maintenance using the city's online form.

Steps

3 steps
  1. Choose Street Light MaintenanceUnder Select Type of Request, pick Street Light Maintenance Request.
  2. Mark the locationEnter an address or intersection and click Map It!, or drag the marker to the light.
  3. Submit the requestThe request goes to Public Works Maintenance.
Use this form only for Public Works Maintenance concerns; other issues have their own phone numbers.
