Report a pothole to Eugene Public Works

Send a pothole complaint with its location to Public Works Maintenance using the city's online request form.

Steps

3 steps
  1. Choose Pothole Complaint as the typeUnder Select Type of Request, pick Pothole Complaint.
  2. Mark the locationEnter an address or intersection and click Map It!, or drag the marker to the spot.
  3. Submit the requestThe request goes to Public Works Maintenance.
Use this form only for Public Works Maintenance concerns; other issues have their own phone numbers.
