Report smoke, industrial odors or airborne dust to LRAPA

Use LRAPA’s complaint form to report Lane County smoke, dust or other air-quality concerns within its authority.

  1. Submit the complaintUse the linked complaint form. Provide identifying and contact details if you want inspectors to be able to ask follow-up questions; anonymous complaints are accepted.
  2. Choose confidentiality and follow-upSelect the form’s keep-my-information-confidential box if desired. Select the contact-me box if you want the investigation outcome.
An odor can occur without a violation of the facility’s air permit; LRAPA cannot stop permitted activity solely on that basis.
