Submit a Florence land-use application

Florence handles land-use applications online through Cloudpermit, where you submit forms, pay fees, track progress and message staff.

  1. Ask for a pre-application conferenceStrongly encouraged, and required for some projects. Request it through the Cloudpermit online application portal.
  2. Create a Cloudpermit accountClick Apply Online with Cloudpermit. First-time users click Register and sign up with an email address.
  3. Start a new applicationClick Create a New Application and choose your project location by address or on the interactive map.
  4. Fill out forms and upload documentsFollow the prompts, complete and sign the digital forms, and upload the required documents listed on the page.
  5. Pay fees and track progressPay in Cloudpermit and get email updates as your application moves through review. You can message staff in your workspace.
