Coordinated Entry is an assessment and prioritization system that records housing needs and connects people to housing programs they may qualify for. It is not a shelter reservation, a housing guarantee, or a first-come-first-served list.
Choose the access point that matches your household, age or population, safety needs, and part of Lane County. Each card shows the listed contact method, hours, phone, and location. Contact the provider directly when instructions are unclear or time-sensitive.
If you are fleeing domestic violence, sexual assault, or trafficking, use the Hope and Safety Alliance path first. After an assessment, the access point can explain the next step; completing an assessment does not promise a bed or housing placement.
