Coordinated Entry is an assessment and prioritization system that records housing needs and connects people to housing programs they may qualify for. It is not a shelter reservation, a housing guarantee, or a first-come-first-served list.
Choose the access point that matches your household, age or population, safety needs, and part of Lane County. Each card shows the listed contact method, hours, phone, and location. Contact the provider directly when instructions are unclear or time-sensitive.
If you are fleeing domestic violence, sexual assault, or trafficking, use the Hope and Safety Alliance path first. Allow 45–60 minutes for the assessment. The County FAQ says assessments remain open for six months; a new assessment is needed to maintain placement on the housing waiting list. Ask your assessor when to renew. An assessment does not reserve a shelter bed or guarantee housing.
