The 15th Night is a community movement launched in 2015 to end youth homelessness in Lane County. Its School Mobilization Model operates in 10+ high schools across Eugene 4J, Bethel, Springfield, Junction City, Cottage Grove, and Mapleton school districts, connecting students navigating homelessness to community resources, housing, food, clothing, and support services. Services: School-based resource connection, Rapid Access Network (text/email referral system), Housing navigation, Youth Action Council, Community resource network (45+ partner organizations)
