SASS is a nonprofit providing outreach, advocacy, and support to survivors of sexual violence and their partners, families, and friends throughout Lane County. Services include a 24-hour crisis and support line, advocacy, counseling, and support groups. All SASS services are free and available to people of all genders aged 15 and older.

CAHOOTS (Crisis Assistance Helping Out On The Streets) is a mobile crisis intervention program operated by White Bird Clinic. Teams of a medic and a crisis worker respond to behavioral health emergencies, welfare checks, and substance-related crises as an alternative to police response. As of April 2025, CAHOOTS services are available in Springfield only, after ending operations in Eugene.
