Replies may begin with "🦆 Paddle:" and may include local resource information, civic or service information requested by the user, and LaneHelp links. This number is not used for marketing, promotions, bulk outreach, or authentication PINs.
How to opt in for resource replies
- Text (541) 991-5263 with a local resource search request, such as food, shelter, bus, rent help, detox, alerts, or a specific resource name. LaneHelp replies only to user-initiated requests.
- Paddle replies may include a short helpful message and a LaneHelp resource or information link.
- LaneHelp does not send marketing, promotional texts, third-party advertising, or purchased-list messages.
By texting LaneHelp or requesting a LaneHelp/Paddle SMS resource reply, you agree to receive user-requested informational SMS replies from LaneHelp at the phone number used for the request.
