Oakshire Commons will pour its last round for now on Aug. 30
The brewery calls the downtown Springfield shutdown a pause while it considers what could come next for the space.
Oakshire Commons will stop serving after Sunday, Aug. 30, ending the current run of the downtown Springfield taproom and pizza spot.
Oakshire is deliberately calling this a pause, not a permanent closure. The company says it is considering other possibilities for the space and invited customers to support the Commons team through the final service. It did not announce a reopening plan, a new concept or employee impacts.
Hours through Aug. 30 are 4–10 p.m. Monday through Thursday, noon–10 p.m. Friday and Saturday, and noon–9 p.m. Sunday. The Eugene Public House is not part of the announced pause.
