Eugene's new Youth HUB is open weekdays for ages 14 to 24
The free downtown drop-in space offers snacks, job and college guidance, showers, laundry, activities and connections to mental-health and housing support.
Young people ages 14 to 24 now have a free weekday place downtown to get practical help or simply spend time. The Youth HUB opened Monday at 44 W. Seventh Ave., one block from Eugene Station.
Regular drop-in hours are 3 to 6 p.m. Monday through Friday, with no appointment required. The site offers snacks and basic supplies, job and college help, showers and laundry, arts and STEM activities, and support navigating housing or other services. Mental-health support is scheduled on Tuesdays and Thursdays.
Connected Lane County built the space with Ophelia's Place and A Family for Every Child. The HUB is a connection point, not a promise that every service is available on site every day, so young people with a specific need should check the posted schedule or contact the program first.
