Lane County culture grants close October 15
Arts, heritage and humanities projects can request up to $2,500 for work happening in 2027. Applications are due at 5 p.m.
A small grant with a hard deadline is still a grant. The Lane County Cultural Coalition is accepting 2027 Cultural Opportunity Grant applications until 5 p.m. Thursday, October 15. Awards are capped at $2,500 for cultural work taking place during calendar year 2027.
The coalition's priorities are access, awareness and education across Lane County arts, heritage and humanities. Each applicant or organization may submit one proposal. Projects already completed, deficit coverage, tuition and events mainly built around fundraising are outside the program.
The application runs through Google Forms, so the coalition recommends drafting responses and the required budget in its downloadable worksheets before transferring them into the form. No late applications will be accepted; award decisions are expected in December.
