A west Eugene house fire sends one person to hospital
The resident escaped before crews arrived Friday evening; the cause remains under investigation.
One person escaped a burning west Eugene home before firefighters arrived Friday, November 6, and was taken to RiverBend hospital, according to Eugene Springfield Fire accounts reported by KLCC and Lookout on Saturday.
Lookout reported serious injuries and damage extending through both floors into the attic. KLCC reported no other injuries. Both reports say the cause remains under investigation; neither establishes a later patient-condition update.
