Request Florence utility payment arrangements

Florence utility customers can ask for a flexible payment plan to pay off a past-due or current city utility bill.

Steps

  1. Check that you qualifyYou must not have defaulted on a payment plan in the past 12 months or had a past-due account sent to debt collection.
  2. Contact the Utility Billing ClerkCall 541-997-3436 for more information about payment arrangements.
  3. Request a flexible payment planUse the Request a Flexible Payment Plan link on the city page. A Payment Arrangement Eligibility PDF is also linked.

    1. Call Utility Billing or visit City HallCall 541-997-3436, option 2, or stop by City Hall at 250 Highway 101 to start water service in your name.
    2. Expect a one-time processing feeA $24.25 fee is added to your first bill. No deposit is required.
