Start or stop Florence city water service

Open water service in your name by calling Utility Billing or visiting City Hall, or call at least three business days ahead to stop it.

  1. Call Utility Billing or visit City HallCall 541-997-3436, option 2, or stop by City Hall at 250 Highway 101 to start water service in your name.
  2. Expect a one-time processing feeA $24.25 fee is added to your first bill. No deposit is required.
  3. Stop service: call 3 business days aheadCall City Hall at 541-997-3436, option 2, at least three business days before the date you want service to stop.
Keep your mailing address and phone number current with the City.
