Search local jobs, prepare application information, build a private resume, and understand when LaneHelp can—or cannot—send an application.
What this does
LaneHelp Jobs combines public job leads with a private resume workspace and job-specific application preparation.
When to use it
Use it when looking for work, organizing application facts, improving honest resume wording, or saving a resume as text or PDF.
What you need
No account is required to browse jobs or build a local resume. Sign-in is required to save information to your LaneHelp account or submit an eligible LaneHelp-native application.
In this guide
Build a resume
- Open the standalone resume builder, or start from a job’s application helper.
- Add contact details, summary, skills, work history, education, certifications, references, and custom sections. Include only facts you are comfortable giving an employer.
- Choose a layout, section order, widths, colors, and readable type sizes. Guided writing can polish your wording, but you remain responsible for accuracy.
- Download plain text, copy it, or use Print / Save PDF. Application answers stay out of the printed resume unless you deliberately add them as resume content.
Where the draft lives
By default the resume remains in the current browser session. You can deliberately save a draft on the device or, while signed in, save reusable profile information to your LaneHelp account. Anyone using the same browser may be able to see a device-saved draft.
Submitting an application
Most job applications still finish on the employer’s source page. LaneHelp can submit only for partner jobs explicitly labeled and configured for a LaneHelp-native application. The application review screen states which path applies before anything is sent.
Common questions
Is my resume public?
No. The resume workspace is private to your session unless you deliberately save it on the device or to your account, download it, print it, copy it, or send it elsewhere.
Does LaneHelp submit every application?
No. Only explicitly configured partner jobs support LaneHelp-native submission; other applications open the employer’s process.
