Find a provider#

  1. Search

Type a name, a kind of care, or a town into the search box.

  2. Narrow it down

Open Directory tools for Area, Category, Tags, and Sort. They work the same way as in Resources.

  3. Open a provider

The provider page shows the address, phone, hours when listed, and tags. On a phone, the bottom bar has Call, Directions, Easy, and Share. On a computer, Easy Route, Share, and Print sit at the top.

  4. Call before you book

Ask whether they’re taking new patients and whether they take your plan.

How it differs from Resources#

  • No Save button. Bookmark the page in your browser, or use Share to send yourself the link.
  • No report or update buttons. If a detail looks wrong, tell LaneHelp through Contact.
  • Tags come from the source. Tags like Accepting New Patients or In Network reflect the directory LaneHelp read, which can lag behind the office.
